ZoomScheduler streamlined the onboarding process for students with our easy-to-use website intergration and scanning capability. Students can purchase packages/services online directly from your website; all student demographics and services purchased are recorded in your school database automatically. No manual entry. Upon completing purchase, a receipt, contract and order confirmation are generated and emailed to students.
ZoomScheduler is licensed on a monthly subscription basis for $49 per month, for the first school location. Additional locations can be purchased for $49 each. Each location includes three (3) staff accounts. Additional staff accounts can be purchased for $10 each per month. All features are included as part of the monthly subscription, except for the Document Storage, CDL Test Simulator and TPT modules..
The first month is free for schools to explore and learn the new system. Schools pay for active locations and user accounts.
Technical support via email and phone is available for free. Requests for custom changes are welcome and are free of charge (restrictions applied).
Schools can grant access to staff using a role-based security system. Staff and instructors have access to information based solely on the role assigned to their user accounts. Both instructors and students can access and manage their accounts from anywhere at anytime.
